Shipping cost

Replica-Mania.Com ship all over the world. Shipping is absolutely free for the orders that contain items at price lower than 500 USD. Shipping cost is 60 USD for packages which content item(s) for 500 USD.

Delivery period

After the customer makes an order it may be processed up to a week. When the package is shipped the customer will receive an e-mail about the approximate delivery period. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Lost Package Policy. Options.

A package takes a "lost" status if it hasn't arrived at a customer in 8 weeks after the shipping date. In such a case we'll dispatch the customer a new package with the same items.
If at the moment of shipping the models ordered by the customer will be out of stock we'll suggest the customer choosing similar models of the same value from our web-site.
The order can be cancelled by the customer in case the originally ordered items are not available for shipping and the customer does not like any substitution for them. Cancellation of the order means that the customer will get full refund of his transaction and all the shipping costs will be fully compensated.
Please check carefully your delivery details before make an order!
As a rule lots of packages get lost because the delivery address that is pointed by the customer at the checkout is not correct. Also note that if we have not received the package back or have not got any information about the order we will not be able to make an exchange.

Custom Clearance

Our company is not responsible for customs duty that can be levied once the package reaches the customer's country. The customer should contact the local customs office in order to clear up tariff legislation that prevails on the territory of his country. Please note that sometimes during the custom clearance packages can be thoroughly inspected by customs authority. We can indicate order, shipping, and product information on the packages and thus it can prevent package opening. Sometimes we have to indicate the value of the items directly on the package by request of our local customs authority. As a rule we ship our packages as gifts and usually our customers have no problems with their custom authority.
