Refund/exchange policy
We strongly recommend you reading this agreement. When you order on our web-site you are supposed to agree to our policy.
Please note that if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can ask for exchange or refund within 30 days after the delivery of the package at your place.
IMPORTANT:
We constantly try to update our catalogue. But sometimes it may happen that the model that you have ordered is out of stock at the moment of purchase. In such a case you will be suggested to choose any other model from our web-site. If you do not like any of the offered models you can ask for refund of your payment.
WARRANTY
Products that you purchase from us carry 60 days manufacturers' warranty.
Here are the options:
- Please make sure that the watch has not got any mechanical damages while you have been wearing it. If you let the watch fall or if we reveal that the watch was opened we will not exchange such a watch
- Contact us and describe the problem that you have with the watch. If the watch has a visual defect please enclose the pictures of the watch to your e-mail
- In your e-mail do not forget to mention your order ID
- Indicate the type of the compensation you would like to get (exchange or repair under the manufacturers' warranty)
- During 24 hours you will receive an e-mail with the return address
Note:
- Please make sure that the watch is in the same agreementas you received it
- You can ask for exchange only if you received an incorrect or defective item
- The item should be returned not later than 30 days after the delivery. Otherwise the return will not be accepted
- If you cannot provide us with all the links your watch will not be accepted and exchanged
- You should remember that the watch will not be exchanged if it has any intentional damages or any other kind of damages caused by wearing. Our specialists examine every returned item and determine the defect's character. In order to avoid damages you should handle your watch rather carefully. The crown should be always well-screwed and in that case water will never penetrate into movement. Also do not pull the stern very hard. It can also result in damaging your watch. We will not exchange the watch which damage has been caused by the crown not being tight
- If the package has been confiscated by Customs of your country we will not be able to make an exchange for such package
- We will not accept gas-powered items or items that contain flammable liquids
- In case the watch cannot be repaired we will replace it with the same model. If this model is out of stock we will suggest you to choose any similar model of the same value
- You are responsible for damages while shipping the package back to us. Please ensure the item before return it. When you exchange a watch our company assumes all shipping costs back to us
- If you have not received the package in 8 weeks after the shipping date this package take the "lost" status. In this case we will ship you the new item in 30-day waiting period
- Delivery period for exchange is the same as delivery period for a common order and it takes 2-3 weeks
- Returning an item that had a discount at the moment of the purchasing the amount of the promotional offer will not be refunded if the discount term is expired. Any unexpired promotional funds will be certainly refunded
- Please note that we're able refund the amount back to the original credit card only which was used by a customer to make a payment.
